Our team reviews your request within 3 business days, checking eligibility criteria and course access history. You'll receive confirmation that we've received your request.
Decision Notification
Within 7 business days, you'll receive our decision via email. If approved, we'll outline the refund amount and processing timeline. If denied, we'll explain the specific reasons.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10-14 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with transaction details.
Processing Timeframes
- Credit Card Refunds: 5-7 business days to appear on statement
- PayPal Refunds: 3-5 business days to account credit
- Bank Transfer Refunds: 7-10 business days for processing

What's Not Covered

Completed Programs
No refunds for programs where you've accessed more than 75% of materials or completed final assessments.
Change of Mind
Refunds aren't provided after the 14-day period simply due to changed priorities or different expectations.

Downloaded Materials
Programs with extensive downloadable content have modified refund terms due to the permanent nature of digital materials.
